The BX series drum chippers are highly robust machines with a modern design, ideal for chipping round logs, waste wood, bamboo, slabs, planks, log end pieces, pallets, and more. The feed material is continuously fed into the chipper using a batch feeder or vibratory feed trough. Toothed draw-in rollers pull the feed material into the chipping chamber at a consistent speed, where a very robust rotor reduces it into high-quality chips. These chips are then discharged through a stable screen, resulting in uniform, multi-application wood chips.
These wood chips are ideal for manufacturing particle board, MDF, and paper pulp. They are also well-suited as fuel for high-intensity burning in modern heating plants.

The Counter flow cooler adopt countercurrent cooling principle to cool down the pellets wih high temperature and humidity, which avoid pellet cracking by the direct contact between hot pellets and cold airflow. so there is no quick chilling happens and pellet surface cracking can be prevented.
